  Mark and Mark Jr. are jointly preparing outline materials for Mark Sr’s Spring educational panel at the American College of Bankruptcy, “Who Should Investigate: Who Should Prosecute.” Other panel participants include Neal Batson, former examiner for Enron; Gerald Smith of Lewis and Roca in Phoenix (another past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the American College) and Corinne Ball, a New York partner in Jones Day and current Chair of the Chapter 11 Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Business Bankruptcy Committee. The Spring educational program and luncheon of the American College is regularly held each year in Washington, D.C. in connection with its annual induction of new members.
